Please read this email carefully. This email does not guarantee approval or loan amount. Approval and loan amounts vary depending on income, amount of direct deposit every payday, account type, and other factors, but if you have everything on this list we will do everything we can to make you a customer.
If we proceed, we will require that you bring all of the printed documents / information listed below in person to our office in Downtown Saint Louis. If any documents are not provided we may not be able to proceed, so take a good look at this list.
Don’t email documents or print screen shots. We cannot print your documents at our office, so please bring printed documents. We are located in a secure building and will give you entrance instructions if we move forward.
1A. Work Income: You must have one full time job with direct deposit into a checking account. We will need printed copies of your 2 most recent full time paycheck stubs that were directly deposited into your checking account. (Must work in Metro-Saint Louis area, no part time, no daily pay, 1099, self-employed, or tip based income, you must have been at job for at least 3 months)
1B. Social Security, Pension, VA or Disability: Your benefits must be direct deposited into a checking account. We will need printed copies of your current award letter from Social Security, the VA or your pension. Monthly benefits must be at least $1000.00. We do not accept any income you receive for dependents. We do not accept any income that has a trustee. You must have received benefits for at least 3 months.
2. You must bring a printed copy of your most recent Monthly Bank Statement which includes your name, full account number that matches the account number on your other documents, & proof of direct deposit of 2 full time paychecks and / or direct deposit your benefits. (Note-we CANNOT USE savings accounts, business accounts, cash app, or venmo, employer or third party accounts, credit builder accounts, or any account which offers daily pay withdrawal. If the full amount of net pay is not directly deposited to checking we may need to reevaluate-this may be due to judgements, garnishment, child support, split with another account).
3. Bring the Debit Card from the checking account above
4. Bring a Printed Paper Check or printed Direct Deposit / ACH Form from your checking account
5. You must bring your Valid State ID or Driver's License
6. If all of your documents do not match your current address, bring a printed utility bill for your current address in the Metro Saint Louis area
7. If you have filed bankruptcy in the last 5 years, you must bring printed proof that it was discharged at least 6 months prior to application date.
§ Your final approval and exact loan amount will not be determined until you bring your documents to our office and we have verified your information and your bank account documents.
